No. Client documents — passports, I-94 records, tax returns, medical records, anything a client uploads — stream directly from the client's device to your cloud storage (Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, Dropbox, or Clio, depending on which you connect). They pass through LenhardIntake's servers in transit only. Nothing is written to LenhardIntake's disk, and nothing is stored in LenhardIntake's database beyond the file name and its location in your storage.
When an intake completes, you receive an email with a summary and three buttons: Invite to Consult, Decline, and View Full Summary. Tapping Invite to Consult sends the prospect a scheduling link automatically. Tapping Decline sends them a warm notification that you are not able to take their case. You never have to log in — the decision happens from your email. If you prefer, you can configure LenhardIntake to automatically invite strong-fit leads and reserve the decision step for possible-fit cases.
Yes. LenhardIntake's e-signature captures the signer's typed name, timestamp, and IP address, and generates a signed PDF with a full audit trail. This meets the requirements of the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN) and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA), which govern electronic signatures in all 50 states.
